Booking Process - We are so excited to make your next event a Magical Memory You Won't Forget! First, fill out our booking form! Our team will be in contact within 24 hours to confirm our availability. We typically reach out via text. Please make sure to provide the best phone number for you that accepts texts. If our text does not go through, we will reach out via email to you.
To reserve your character(s) with us, we require 50% of the total payment be paid online with a payment link we provide! The remaining half of the total is then due no later than 24 hours before your event date. Additional Fees apply to booking made within 5 days of the event, Addition Fees apply on select holidays.
Travel Fees - A travel fee of $.75 per mile round trip will be applied to parties over 25 miles from our Haines City location.
