How to Book Your Holiday Party Character

Booking your Holiday Party Characters with Magical Memories Character Events is simple! Here’s how you can make your child’s dream come true:

  1. Fill Out Our Party Request Form: Start by filling out our Party Request Form with the details of your event, including the date, time, and which Characters you'd like to book.

  2. Confirm Availability: Once we receive your form, our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm availability. We'll discuss your party needs, any customizations, and help you select the perfect package.

  3. Reserve Your Party/Event: To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. We’ll send you a secure payment link, and the remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.

  4. Create Magical Memories: Once your payment is processed, we’ll ensure your Characters are ready to bring the magic to your event!

  • Additional Fees apply to booking made within 5 days of the event; Addition Fees apply on select holidays.

  •  A travel fee of $.75 per mile round trip will be applied to parties over 25 miles from our Haines City location.
