Our princesses sing, dance, and create magical moments that will make your child feel like royalty. 2. Do you provide party character entertainment in Orlando, FL, and surrounding areas? Yes, we proudly serve Orlando, Davenport, Haines City, and surrounding areas in Central Florida. Whether you’re hosting your party in the heart of Orlando or in nearby cities, we’ll bring the magic to your location. We specialize in party character entertainment throughout the region, including Winter Park, Kissimmee, Lake Mary, and more.
3. How long do the characters stay at the party? Our character visits typically last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the package you choose. During that time, your guests will enjoy a variety of activities like singing, dancing, games, and photo opportunities. If you’d like the characters to stay longer or offer more activities, we can customize the visit to suit your party’s needs!
4. What activities do the characters do at the party? We love keeping the kids engaged and having fun! Here’s what your party character will do: Princess Characters: Your little one will enjoy a royal coronation, sing-alongs, dancing, and storytelling. Superhero Characters: Your hero will lead superhero training, teach the kids how to be brave, and even organize fun games like obstacle courses or play interactive games that teach them different hero abilities. Mascot Characters: Our mascots will dance, take silly photos, and play interactive games like freeze dance, Hot-Potato or Hokeypokey that keeps everyone laughing!
5. Can I choose which character I want for the party? Absolutely! We want your child to have the character of their dreams. Whether you want a princess, a superhero, or a mascot, just let us know which character(s) you’d like for your event, and we’ll make sure to send the right performer. If you’re not sure which character is best for your theme, we’re happy to help you decide!
6. How do I book a character for my event? Booking your party character is easy! Just give us a call or fill out our simple online booking form. You’ll need to provide details such as the date, time, location, and which characters you’d like to book. We’ll confirm your reservation and make sure everything is ready for your party!
7. Do you provide decorations or party supplies? While we focus on character entertainment, we don’t provide party decorations or supplies. However, we can suggest local vendors or help you plan your event to make sure the decorations match the theme of your party. Whether you want a princess castle or a superhero hideout, we’ll work with you to create the perfect atmosphere!
8. Are the performers professional? Yes! All of our party character performers are experienced, trained, and passionate about making your child’s day special. Most of our performers have backgrounds and performance training in the theme parks such as, Disney, Universal, Seaworld and Legoland and work professionally as character performers. They love bringing joy to kids through interactive fun, dancing, singing, and playing. You can count on our performers to show up on time and bring their magic to your event!
9. How much does it cost to book a party character? The cost of booking a party character varies depending on the character, duration of the performance, and location. We offer affordable packages that fit a range of budgets. For an accurate quote, simply reach out to us with your event details, and we’ll provide a customized pricing plan for you!
10. Can we take photos with the character? Definitely! We encourage families to take photos with the characters. It’s a fun way to capture magical memories that last a lifetime. Be sure to bring your camera or phone to snap pictures of your little one with their favorite princess, superhero, or mascot and tag us on social media, Facebook & Instagram
11. What if I need to cancel or reschedule the booking? Rescheduling Policy We do understand life happens, However Please note, Rescheduling is subject to our Availability! Please try to do so within 2 week of our contracted time on this Invoice. Last minute Reschedules are not guaranteed as we plan other parties around the initial time agreed upon in this invoice. Reschedules may require us to find a new performer to accommodate your event. If your party is booked within two weeks of your event, these still apply. Please understand we hold that time open for you and cannot always accommodate last minute cancellations/ Changes. 1.Rescheduling Fee: If you need to reschedule our character's arrival time 1 week before we are scheduled to arrive, By Booking our services - you agree to pay a rescheduling fee of $25.00. If you need to reschedule your character's arrival time less than 3 Days you agree to pay a rescheduling fee of $50.00. If you need to reschedule your character's arrival time within less than 24 Hours you agree to pay a rescheduling fee of $75.00 If you need to reschedule your character's arrival time The Day Of you agree to pay a rescheduling fee of $100.00. Cancellation Policy 1. If your event/party is cancelled three weeks before your scheduled event/party, you will get a 100% refund of your deposit. 2. If your event/party is cancelled less than three weeks before the event, a 50% refund of the total amount paid will be given. 3. Any cancellations 2 weeks or less before your event/party ZERO Refunds will be given. Please understand we hold that time open for you and cannot accommodate last minute cancellations.
12. How can i make a Payment/ Party Deposit? A 50% Deposit of your total payment is due to Confirm the Party. Your Final Payment is due 24 hours prior to the event. Payments may be made via VENMO(@MagicalMemoriesCE) OR ZELLE (Parties.MagicalMemoriesCE@Gmail.com), Or APPLE PAY (Let Us Know If You Wish to Pay This Way), OR *NEW* SQUARE (Credit Cards Transactions have an additional fee of 3.5%) We will send you a separate invoice to your email. PLEASE NOTE: If your deposit is not paid by the Expiration date on your invoice, no party is confirmed, and the date and time may be unavailable for further bookings
